buyarestaurantinfrance.com (the "Site") is operated by Studio Pamoja, owned by Suzanne Kerba, on behalf of Rémy Kerba, commercial real estate agent at Panthéon Conseil, Paris.
The Site provides educational information about the process of buying a restaurant business (fonds de commerce) in France. It also offers free and paid digital resources, a newsletter, and the ability to book a consultation with Rémy Kerba.

Consultations
Consultations booked through the Site (via Calendly) are introductory discovery calls to help you understand whether working with Rémy is a good fit. They are not paid advisory sessions and do not create a professional-client relationship until a formal mandate agreement is signed.
Digital products
Paid digital products (PDF guides) are sold through Gumroad. Purchases are subject to Gumroad's terms of service. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@studiopamoja.com for any issues.
All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish the content without written permission.
